Individual Virtual Sessions
All sessions are currently offered virtually through convenient, secure telehealth formats (video or phone) for clients located across the state of Georgia, or in-person through my new office location in historic downtown Roswell, GA. My services are self pay, which means I am not "in network" with any insurance companies. Allowing you to pay privately provides you with more control and flexibility in your therapy journey.
$175 (individual therapy, 55 minute session)

Walk & Talk Therapy Sessions
If you prefer a non-traditional therapy experience, I also offer walk & talk therapy. This is a unique style of therapy what merges traditional talk therapy with physical movement. Using counseling in combination with walking strengthens the connection between the mind and body. Sessions are held outdoors and at your pace (in person or virtual).

Payments & Billing
Payment is due at the end of each session. I accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and HSA flexible spending cards. I am happy to provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance provider if you would like to use out of network benefits. I suggest contacting your insurance company ahead of your session to learn about your personal benefits, coverage, and reimbursement rates (if applicable). If you choose to use out of network benefits, you will need to be assigned a mental health diagnosis so that your insurance company can process your claim(s). If the cost of therapy is a barrier to your support and healing, please let me know. I have a few sliding scale spots available for reduced rates and would be happy to discuss your needs.
Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
