YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
Did you know? 1 in 7 women experience depression or anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum.
Is this Normal?
The transition of becoming a new parent includes a healthy dose of readjustment and emotional ups and downs. You may wonder if the way you are feeling is your "new normal" or a sign of something more serious and long-lasting. Whether or not you meet criteria for a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder, if you are not feeling like yourself and it’s been more than 2-4 weeks after you’ve had a baby, it’s worth it to make an appointment and just talk about what you’re going through.
